Most people i know never use sunscreen and don’t know the benefits of sunscreens. There are lots of sunscreens available from different brands in the market choose the sunscreen, But which one is right for you and best fits for your lifestyle.

Most of the dermatologists recommend using a SPF 15 or SPF 30 sunscreens. Sunscreen with higher SPF like 75% or 90% do not offer any great protection. Most of the brand mislead people by offering false sense of full protection.
